Shuffleboard Conference Game
THE DETAILS
Guide Dogs charity wanted a game to draw attention to their stand at a charity conference. The game needed to highlight issues that guide dog owners face, whilst also securing valuable contact time with MPs who could then hopefully fund the charity to overcome these issues.
We were asked to design a shuffleboard game that could be played within their limited 3m stand space.

HOW WE DID IT
The manufacture of the game required a variety of materials and processes. The graphics were screen printed onto the reverse of an acrylic sheet to create the playing board and then we CNC routed the main elements for the frame.
We sourced components such as model cars and taxis, which were sprayed in opposing team colours.
We also inserted a trap door in order to make the game more challenging. This involved balancing the right pivot point for the door to swing back round to a closed position after the car drops through.
