The Voice Sponsorship
We created the stylised sets and props for Giffgaff’s latest sponsorship bumpers for “The Voice”. The bumpers are interactive, allowing fans’ tweets and posts to be featured on signboards
The 6 colourful stylised set pieces were interchangeable, locating exactly in the same position for Bolt motion control arm, allowing for a simple composite in post-production.
The set had comfortable(ish) access for hand actors to perform from all sides.

HOW WE DID IT
The main considerations when designing the set construction was keeping it in the same position when there are literally people climbing all over it and still have the ability to switch out the multiples set options.
We braced a steel deck and bolted it to the studio floor. The timber sets were held inside a steel chassis which was attached the steel deck. The steel chassis provided additional protection from the movement where hand actors were having to learn to grab various objects.
The design allowed us to change the set, relocate “glory holes” and set pieces in within 20 minutes.
