THE DETAILS
For Freeview’s 2016 series of idents, we sourced and transported over 13,000 balloons, flags, umbrellas, torches and made inflatables for the shoot in Bulgaria.
Shot over a week, we provided thousands of supporting artists with all the props they needed to make this colourful festival happen.

HOW WE DID IT
The main challenge we faced was the huge quantities of props required. Sourcing 1000 of anything could easily become very costly, so we carefully selected suppliers who were able to provide suitable items at a reasonable price.
Luckily, due to the large volumes of props we were purchasing we were able to Pantone match everything to the Freeview brand colours.
It was essential that we were regimented with timings. Understanding how long it takes to hand out and return props, inflate items, reset shots, etc. ensured that we kept to the tight shooting schedule.
